12/1/2015 Mr. [redacted] Administrator [redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted], Please accept our apology for the dilemma that prompted your complaint. However, our records indicate that the client was the San Saba First Baptist Church, whom should have...

been the appropriate party to bring this forward. We would respectfully suggest, that you are in violation of Revdex.com procedures, to misrepresent the aggrieved party. Omega Broadcast Group has faithfully served the Houses of Worship market, in a wide range of roles, including volunteer work of over 10,000 hours of production services, serving in virtually every capacity in church broadcasting services.  We approach our work with the highest integrity, with respect and compassion, for all of our clients.  We certainly respect your concerns.   As far as solutions for your current dilemma, the most prudent path is determined by your production goals, budget, and deadlines. The linchpin of your complaint, is centered on the purchase of Vaddio cameras, which were originally suggested by another company, Broadcast Services, based in San Antonio. We have a copy of the quote you requested, from Broadcast Services, dated 7/8/2011 (which is nearly 4 & ½ years ago).  Please have your Pastor, [redacted], and Mr. [redacted], review all of your emails, including your Gmail account, from 7/8/2011 to present.  The significance is simply this: Omega was asked to fulfill an order, from another company, Broadcast Services.  Your accusation is more accurately placed against Broadcast Services. Due to this key issue, your litany of complaints are moot. Nonetheless, I will respectfully, review the timeline: On 7/8/2011 you solicited a recommendation for broadcast video gear, on behalf of San Saba First Baptist, with another company, Broadcast Services. See the attached document, Exhibit A. On or about, 12/12/2012 (17 months later) Omega Broadcast Group was contacted by you to purchase the Vaddio cameras, based on the original recommendation from Broadcast Services, to San Saba First Baptist Church. On or about, 1/24/2013, Omega Broadcast Group gave you a quote for additional installation services, and technical support to resolve the issues you refer to in items #1-4. On or about, 1/24/2013, your response was “I will contract someone else to correct the mess you have left us with.  Thank you.  No more communication will be necessary between Omega and San Saba’s First Baptist Church.” It would behoove you to know, that in a previous email, you admit that you are not sure why the TV monitors were left out of your drawing.  It is disappointing to us both, that your original selection of Vaddio, did not meet your expectations. We respectfully disagree that Omega Broadcast Group has acted in any manner, which was unethical or inappropriate.  Our position is that there is absolutely no credible evidence that would support your claims against us.  Nonetheless, we are willing to discuss solutions that are appropriate for your goals and budget.  Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager Omega Broadcast Group [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Omega made no offer to resolve the complaint.  They have no interest in resolving the complaint and have not for the last four years.  When a company sends out a memo to not accept phone calls from a customer (as I was informed Omega did with me) that demonstrates the level of interest they have in resolving this issue.  Additionally, the screens being left in black and white, our paying for repairs, the monitors going dark, the mess Omega left us with and the phone ban cannot be laid at the feet of any other business except Omega Broadcast and therefore cannot be considered "moot" as the response indicates.
Regards,
[redacted]
