Hired to install 4 ft retaining wall in earthen basement. Started 1.4.20, was to prepare a level wall. When I saw the beginning of the work, I put a stop on it explaining why the work was not quality. Gave him $400 to come back to finish after I personally prepared work area
Geraldo said he was not charging me for the bad day. Geraldo kept cancelling. Finally I decided to go in a different direction. I ask Geraldo where we could meet or if he could just cashapp the money to me. He said I was not getting the money back that he paid his workers.
