Back in 2009 Gerald did a good job installing 2 new Garage door Springs. So I called him again on October 28, 2016. His co-worker put wrong springs. Even after so many phones and repeat repairs, his co-worker did not do a good job on the door. The door still not opening or closing properly and I am very afraid to use it.
