I am responding to the complaint by [redacted] Mr [redacted] hired me the year before to replace an old cover with a heavier vinyl top on his existing older frame He then, a year later, hired me to remake a frame for a 30xshelter because his existing frame collapsed When I built the new frame I used a thicker side wall pipe for the application It was built to the same design as the previous frame He called and stated months later that the frame was starting to bend I told him I will get there as soon as I could Less than hours past and he said the the frame failed This frame had been up for months without a problem and I have no idea what conditions could have affected the frame prior to the failure I stated that I would see what I could do but was not convinced that the failure was my fault I contacted my insurance and they stated it would be considered an act of God and not covered I did feel bad for the situation and wanted to help I am willing to work with Mr [redacted] to find a solution for this issue
Revdex.com: He did not build it to spec of the original structure, he used much smaller piping and much less cross struts to keep the structure upright. It fell to less than an inch of snow. He acknowledged several times that it was his fault and he would make it right. This turned into a 8 month cat and mouse game where he repeatedly lied to me about ordering parts etc. He has not represented himself to the Revdex.com the way the situation actually took place and I have already hired an attorney to attend to the situation. I would love if he would come do the job he has told me he would do for 8 months. But, I feel like they are just empty promises. Again.

built the new frame I used a thicker side wall pipe for the application. It was built to the same design as the previous frame. He called and stated 9 months later that the frame was starting to bend. I told him I will get there as soon as I could. Less than 36 hours past and he said the the frame failed. This frame had been up for 9 months without a problem and I have no idea what conditions could have affected the frame prior to the failure. I stated that I would see what I could do but was not convinced that the failure was my fault. I contacted my insurance and they stated it would be considered an act of God and not covered. I did feel bad for the situation and wanted to help. I am willing to work with Mr [redacted] to find a solution for this issue.
