I got a color I was not happy with, asked to exchange and had no problemsI was able to send back the product and receive a new one They are quick with their emails and I got great service

Shipping is horrible, there is a second address line when entering your shipping information for an apartment number, when shipping is being processed it does NOT pick up anything from that line, so after nearly 2 weeks I get a notification that my package is being sent back to the merchant due to "incorrect address", I emailed customer service and told them that I put the correct address, they said I was wrong and that I did NOT put my apartment number and said they could not express ship it and it will be mailed back normally so that is another 2 weeks to wait. Also, when you log in, there's no way to check your order history.
