I had 2 dripping faucets. I called Gerrard . They showed up 15 minutes late. The plumber turned the shower on himself 3 times. He said he'd try to locate the part. 2 days later he said he couldn't find the part but could install new faucet types for $623 ea. I went on line to the manufacturer, got the part # and some retailers where I could get it for $17.99 ea. with instructions to change it myself. It took 10 minutes. I rate Gerrard the same as most service companies, they're trying to take as much money from you as they can. Not good.
