Complaint
Description:October **, 2015 at
3:00pm I traveled from Manhattan to Annapolis, Maryland. Apparently,
they have a Door-to-Door service for $95.00 which I chosen to make my
trip easier. I was picked up on time, but when we reached to Maryland
the driver announced "last stop". The driver...

was courteous
and apologetic charging me $85.00 instead and called another driver.
So, when I switched to the second bus it became a nightmare. The
second driver by the name of Flaco was rude, overbearing and
incompetent. As soon as he drove he ask to pay the remainder fee of
$10.00, I didn't say anything, gave him the money and asked for a
receipt but was ignored. He grabbed the bill, drove into a gas
station, didn't pump gas instead went into the store bought several
scratch lottery games, stood there playing while ignoring the
customers (we saw clearly what he was doing). When he finished, came
back demanding for more money. He started yelling and harassing me,
that if I don't pay $40.00 he will drop me off in the middle of
now-where. I was stunned by his reaction and responded that I paid
the full amount of $95.00 for a Door-to-Door service. Ignoring me, he
said things that didn't make any sense, other customers started to
defend me. I was angry, confused and scared. My cellphone ran out of
charge, I started to cry because I couldn't call my daughter in
Maryland to let her know what was happening therefore I was left with
no choice but to give him the $40.00. When he grabbed the money he
quickly stepped off the bus, walked back to the store, bought more
scratch games, this time stayed for a longer time. When he returned,
he allowed me to charge my cell for five minutes. Unfortunately, I
was the last customer to be dropped off on my daughter's front step
at 9:00pm. This trip takes about 4 hrs, it took 6 hrs to arrive to my
destination. I was abused and overcharged; a Door-to-Door service is
$95.00 which I paid but I ended up spending $135.00 for a trip that I
could had pay a lot less somewhere else with satisfying customer
service.Desired
Resolution Description:I would like a
REFUND of $40.00. For the amount they charged me, I deserved to had
been the first passenger to be dropped at my daughter's step instead
this driver deliberately had me be the last passenger dropped off
after six hours. I don't know what he had against me, maybe,
because, I am a senior citizen and found an opportunity to intimidate
me to satisfy his gambling habits; ethically he really did wrong...I
deserve an apology as well as a refund of $40.00.

Review: On April [redacted] 2014 I called Gerardo's transpiration. They have numerous sites. The main office is located in the [redacted] I was traveling from Reading, PA to New York City to see my mother that [redacted]. I asked for a round trip pricing. At the time I made the call I was told it would be $50.00 round trip. The chauffer was driving about 95miles per hour. The bus had 13 passengers. At that point my life felt threaten because of the excessive speed. My mother lives in [redacted] in Manhattan. The driver tells me they don't drop off that far. I was scared didn't know what to do. He tells me he will call a friend who drives a taxi in NYC. The driver charged me $70.00 and he paid the cab driver. At this point I feel that [redacted] uses false advertisement when it comes to pricing. Being a senior on a limited income makes me feel that these people took advantage of me.Desired Settlement: I am hoping that [redacted] refunds my $70.00 because of the false advertisement. Not only did they put my life at risk driving about 95 miles per hour, but they exploited my finances. Was it because I am a senior that they took advantage of my money? Please help me with this matter, I feel like a victim of these people that seem to running an illegal business.
