In response to the complainant rejection all I can say is that the machine the complainant insists on (asphalt paver) has been repaired and we are willing and able to repair her driveway on Monday, November 23, If she refuses us to do the repair there is nothing else we can do, there will be no refundRegards, Richard Williams/H.Williams Paving LLC

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, your company is not trustworthyYou said that the equipment was repaired and that it wasn't repaired within an hour of each statementI am not having you finish the job because I don't want to deal with anymore fraudulent claims from your companyAdditionally, your company knew from the beginning thay you weren't going to finish the jobYou left the basecoat of the new asphalt level with the rest of the drivewayWhen we pointed it out yo Rich he said that it could be compacted downThe other companies that have come to quote us to finish the job said that is not possible and that now a portion has to be cut out to fix the problemRefund the money or I will pursue small claims court.

We are in the process of resolving the the matter with the customer thankyou for bringing this to our attention. There is absolutely no problem withthe driveway but we will resolve it. Thank you

I will send Richard W[redacted] to see the homeowner and possibly finish the job today, We did have the proper equipment been repair, I will keep Revdex.com posted about the outcome of todays meeting.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, Rich just called and denied...

receiving any of our outreach efforts which is not true. Secondly, your company is once again being fraudulent. Your response said that the equiemt was repaired.Well, Rich offered to finish the job today but without the equipment because they have not yet received it back from repairs. I am NOT going to continue working with a company that 1) can not do the work as contracted because they don't have the equipment 2) continues to be dishonest and fraudulent. You guys just contradicted yourselves within an hour of each other! Refund my $1,000 so I can continue to work with a legitimate company to finish the job.
