I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Although Gerber Homes has been in contact with me to address the punch list items remaing past the agreed upon completion date of August 7th, there has been no discussion or resolution regarding their failure to deliver the as-built home in compliance with the construction contract Shedule A (please refer to my complaint). I concur that the punch list items should be completed before the end of October; however, resolution of the contract Schedule A issues is unknown at this time. This was addressed to Gerber Homes in writing via e-mail. My assumption is that this will be a contentious discussion and will require arbitration. I would appreciate the ability to speak with someone from the Revdex.com in person and/or by telephone.
