How you run your company and why is your business. I find it interesting that you believe I should "research all aspects" before placing an order. The implication is I must delve into every aspect of your site and read every detail prior to placing an order. This is unreasonable at many levels. I have no need to read anything other than what is stated on your home page in very clear uncertain terms (prior to editing);"Your satisfaction is our top priorityGerbs Allergy Friendly products

I never read the FAQ section. Is is a requirement too? Again, on thier main webpage it cleary states shipping is included in their "100%" no hassle guarantee. How can it be 100% with conditions? Absolutely is advertising to state 100% then renig on the claim

After our very rude discussion with Allison, we instructed our IT department to research this matterThey in fact discovered she placed both orders from the same IP Address (computer) within minutes of each other and willingly purchased each orderWe will not refund the express shipping fee's to
Alaska due to user errorWe will however take that the entire order for a full Product only refund if she returns the unopened items to our factory facility in Rhode Island.
