Gergen's Sleep Laboratory

This place is unorganized, unsanitary, lacks management and any type of stucture. Absolutely no customer service skills within this place. The owner David Gergen is never EVER at his own business and you can never reach him unless he is requiring you to use his lab or signing up for American breathing and sleep academy ,which he makes empty promises on discounts,meaningless skills that you can actually find online without paying thousands of dollars to sign up. I attended one conference and that was enough for me because David was more concerned about happy hour more than promoting his business or even talking about the academy and what you got out of it. If you find yourself looking for a credible lab this is not it and you will find yourself constantly sending back easily appliances that break and constantly paying fees for them.
