To whom it may concern,[redacted] brought his Mercedes Benz to me because he stated that the rear suspension would go down. I could not duplicate the problem, but I did find that the suspension air compressor was very loud. He agreed with me that it should be replaced. So I...

replaced it. He took car and called me a few weeks later and told me the problem was still there. I told him to bring it back, and he never did. Then I got another call a few weeks after that. and he told me the compressor was bad. So I told him to bring it back for warranty, I also told him I would pay for Tow. And he decided to get it fixed somewhere else. Then he called me back again and wanted to return compressor for a refund. I told him warranty work must be done at my shop. He said my compressor was a cheep brand, which was a false hood. The compressor I put in was original manufacturer. It states on the receipt that all warranty work must be performed at German Auto Repairs. Which he signed.   Thank You[redacted]

Review: I turned to German Auto Repair on 3/21/16 to get a diagnostic service on my 2004 Mercedes Benz S500 due to me noticing my vehicle was not running correctly.After the repair shop calling about 2 hours later saying that they were done and I could come and pick up my vehicle because they were unable to make any repairs because of internal failure issues. So on the next morning I picked my vehicle up I asked for a copy of the report, me not knowing what a diagnostic report really was, they gave me a receipt which stated diagnostic services, transmission slipping due to internal failure, in which it was typed on a print out receipt.The guy sitting at the desk said flat out, they just drove it and they didnt put it on a machine. I contacted German Auto Repair on 3/28/16 and asked if I could come in to get another copy Of the report, because I had another dealer doing a diagnistic and they wanted to compare the two, they replied they didn't have it because they don't keep that type of information and the company thats doing it can pull it up. The company that is doing the work now gave me 5 pages of diagnostic readings and German Auto stated to me that the transmission was the only thing that came up. These folks took advantage of me being that I'm a woman and wasn't aware of what was really supposed to be done. They charged me for something they did not do, fraudulent charges basically.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because the never did a diagnostic report.

Review: I went to this place because I had a issue with my air suspension and the mechanic stated he need to replace one part at a time to figure out what the issue was and he was sure that one of the parts was bad which was a loud compressor. so he replaced an air compressor on my r-class 350 benz which was 1000$ and the problem still occurred and the new compressor was still loud. when I went back he said well maybe it wasnt that bring it back and we can try to change something else and I was like so I gave u 1000$ for nothing? he said thats the procedure to find that suspension problem. few months later that compressor completely stopped working and I went to another place to get it checked out and this new guy fixed it and said it was a cheap part that was installed. the prior mechanic stated that he use only good parts. so I asked him to refund the part at least cause it was just a few months he said no. His part was worst than the old part I started with which was still working when I brought to him that he claimed was bad and noisy. I still have the old pump. also right away the new mechanic was able to see what was needed to be fixed without tryn to replace one thing at a time until he find found the issue. but I had to pay another 1000 to get that new pumpDesired Settlement: if he can at least refund me my 1000$ that I worked hard for I would be great
