Hi Revdex.com,
We appreciate your assistance in this...

matter and do
understand our customer’s frustration.
[redacted] has had a lo going on with his vehicle
He just purchased the vehicle
Vehicle’s past was it was in a major crash and
was totaled
Vehicle was put back on the road but is titled &
licensed as a SALVAGE TITLE!
This title and licensed can never be reversed it
will always be a SALVAGE TITLED CAR.
[redacted] did not let us know that the vehicle
was in a major wreck and was a SALVAGE TITLED VEHICLE when transporting his
vehicle to our facility.
[redacted] towed his vehicle from the 2nd
automotive repair facility which was AAMCO transmission.
AAMCO Transmission’s according to [redacted] stated
they wanted to replace his transmission.
[redacted] stated that AAMCO was “ripping him
off” and asked to bring his vehicle in for an inspection by our facility.
[redacted] did not provide us with any paper
work from AAMCO, or he first automotive repair facility or that the vehicle was
a SALVAGE TITLED vehicle.
We did our own vehicle vin search and have the printed record of his vehicle title which we can provide.
Many automotive facilities will refuse to work
on a SALVAGE TITLED vehicle because of the unknown damage that had accord.
When [redacted]’s vehicle came in wires had
been ripped off the front of his vehicle, fluid lines had been smashed, vehicle
was previously worked on it needed a lot of work.
We removed certain parts to test the electrical
in the vehicle and determined it needed additional work which was more than the
$320.00 we charged him.
He refused and wanted to take it now to a 4th
automotive facility which was fine.
He wanted to pickup his vehicle after we closed
so we left his vehicle out with the keys hidden per his request.
We again do understand his overall frustration with his
vehicle purchase and hope he finally found an automotive facility that suites
his needs.
Thank You,
[redacted]

Hi Revdex.com,

We appreciate your assistance in this matter and do

understand our customer’s frustration.

[redacted] has had a lo going on with his vehicle

He just purchased the vehicle Vehicle’s past was it was in a major crash and

was totaled Vehicle was put back on the road but is titled &

licensed as a SALVAGE TITLE!This title and licensed can never be reversed it

will always be a SALVAGE TITLED CAR.[redacted] did not let us know that the vehicle

was in a major wreck and was a SALVAGE TITLED VEHICLE when transporting his

vehicle to our facility. [redacted] towed his vehicle from the 2nd

automotive repair facility which was AAMCO transmission.AAMCO Transmission’s according to [redacted] stated

they wanted to replace his transmission.[redacted] stated that AAMCO was “ripping him

off” and asked to bring his vehicle in for an inspection by our facility.[redacted] did not provide us with any paper

work from AAMCO, or he first automotive repair facility or that the vehicle was

a SALVAGE TITLED vehicle. We did our own vehicle vin search and have the printed record of his vehicle title which we can provide. Many automotive facilities will refuse to work

on a SALVAGE TITLED vehicle because of the unknown damage that had accord. When [redacted]’s vehicle came in wires had

been ripped off the front of his vehicle, fluid lines had been smashed, vehicle

was previously worked on it needed a lot of work.We removed certain parts to test the electrical

in the vehicle and determined it needed additional work which was more than the

$320.00 we charged him.He refused and wanted to take it now to a 4th

automotive facility which was fine.He wanted to pickup his vehicle after we closed

so we left his vehicle out with the keys hidden per his request.

We again do understand his overall frustration with his

vehicle purchase and hope he finally found an automotive facility that suites

his needs.

Thank You,

Review: I turned in my vw engine to [redacted] @ german auto for performance upgrade and was promised job complete in 15 days and had to pay up front. 15 days went by work no where near complete. Days, weeks and months went by, no respond to my calls or text messages as he preferred. Once told block completed I went to pick up my engine and parts, he refused to give me my property. Once I installed and assembled motor in vehicle, engine leaked oil from rear main seal while adding oil. Also found spark plug threads at cylinder 3 had been damaged and insert improperly installed, request he replaced entire head because I did not have an insert, he refused to take responsibility for another of his mistakes. Had to return block asm, picked up block asm for the 2nd time and once again engine leaked oil from between case and cylinder 1 immediately after start up, shut off and removed from vehicle. Turned in as again. [redacted] claimed the failure was my fault and re machining had to be done, at this point I don't believe a word he says and no longer trust in his work. He charged me 160.00 dollars to fix what I believe was another of his mistakes. I reinstall engine and start up, engine shuts off and seized after less than 30sec of initial start up. I took engine to different shop(Blodgett's Automotive) for breakdown inspection and repair, they found incorrect spacing at crank shaft and nicked 1st and 2nd main Jornal. Had to replace all internal bearings, seals and new gasket set. Shop advice insert on spark plug at cylinder 3 wil not work. Install and assembled motor, cylinder 3 spark plug blown out. Engine head now need replacing thanks to German auto's mistake and refusal to take responsibility. A place like this should not be allowed to do business, he has taken advantage of everyone that does business with him. I feel he should refund my money, reimburse me for what I had to pay a second shop properly assemble my engine block, and he needs to replace the head he damageDesired Settlement: I feel it is only fair that my money be returned because the job was never completed or done properly.
