Sent: Tuesday, August 29, 12:PMTo: drteamSubject: Revdex.com Case *** ***Dear Madam,Dear SirIt's not a surprise when we receive this letter from Revdex.com,because this customer did not want to pay forNo start ? diagnostic fees of $including the part Rear Power distributor, what
he ask us to install and just leave it in the car that he will pay for (Total of $331.21)We took the time and diagnose his car and have to go over the wiring diagram, which took more than hrs,but once he declined the repair and came to tow vehicle away,he refused to pay for the diagnostic fees and call the local Police to force us to release his car.The Police of course ask him to pay for the Diagnostic fees,if he declined the repair. And so he has to pay for it.Vehicle was released on the Friday July 21th,2017.On Thursday August 3rd,*** *** came to the shop and ask us to pay him back for the diagnostic fee, because we may diagnose the vehicle wrong and the other shop will be done with the repair of putting in a new Front Fuse box (which was stated in our Diagnostic note!) and the car will be fixed the next day??? (Friday Aug 4th)So we told him to bring his running car first with the another shop's Invoice and we will talk over it.It's never happens, because until now his car couldn't fixed or can not get fix properly and it's still at the repair shop.We knew it because last Thursday August 24th Mechanics from another shop were showed up and showed us the scan report from his vehicle has a used DME (Digital Motor Electronic,Engine computer!),which can not make the car start due to different VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and asked us to rewriting and reprogramming this used DME.We refused to work on any Module, parts or related components without the vehicle has to be towed here. Therefore the Mechanics left our shop.Unfortunately we can not provide scan report from this shop to the third party due to protection of privacy rights!*** *** statements about the whole story was false:1.Date of problem occurred when his car was towed on Saturday July 1st and not 8/21/172.We informed him that the shop will be closed over the July 4th holidays until July 10th.(He complained the diagnostic was taking too long! Sorry! We are closing!)3.With a rate of $85/Flat rate hr, we can not been ripped off or overcharged compared to *** ***? rate of $125-$150.Can he provide the final Invoice and the proof as what payment method states he was paying the shop with?4.The vehicle has been fixed with all what we recommend, even it may run??? ,but it has not been fixed properly and still has to come back to another repair shop.Where is his vehicle now?5.He purchased a car, which has been trying to fix from shop(s) or individual(s),who did not understand what they are doing? (Jumped a Ampere fuse,so it can not been blown any more, please see our Invoice of diagnostic statement for reference!)So the proper repair will be also repair of melted Wires or even replacing the wiring harnesses. We appreciate for your fairness to let us have the chance to truthfully response to this complaint .Best regads*** *** at *** ***PS: Please do not hesitate to give us a call and leave us a message for any uncleared details
