I took my Jetta in to German motorsports and it was the worst experience ever!! They kept my car 4 days the first time in which I got a rental. I asked him to do a full diagnostic and he came back withings a list of problems. I told him to fix it. When I picked up my car he said it was running great. I paid and left. As I drove home I realized my car ran just as crap as it did when I took it in. 820.00 down the drain. He took it back and called me and said it was something else. then kept my car for a week! In which time I had to get a rental car. In the week they had my car they only did 7 hours of labor!! When I picked the car up he said it was running great I drove it and it seemed fine but then I got a check engine light. He told me it was a glitch. And that if it keeps coming on they'd have to replace another part. Why didn't they replace that part in the first place??? It was all covered by my warranty!!! So he erased the code here a week later and now my cars pulling 3 more codes!! One having to do with A part he supposedly replaced. And I'm forced to take my car back to him. Forced!! I do not reccomend taking your car there. Theyre rude! And a rip of!

Don't ever go there if you can find any living being in the town. I had my car there for 3-4 times, each time for weeks and months and the car is still not fixed. Owner says something and does something else. He said that he will call me with estimate and he never did and then gave a hefty bill. Both him and the wife who sits on the counter are the rudest people I have ever found. Once you pay them your hard earned thousands of dollars, they will treat you like [redacted] if you go back and say that the work they performed is bad, for example, if they replaced a gasket for oil leak and it starts leaking the next day then they should stand by their work but... When you go and complain about it, they will become the rudest person on earth thinking they got the money so customer should never come back with any complains. I am in a public job and come in contact with hundreds of people everyday but I can't remember ever in my life anyone this rude after taking thousands from you.
