Review: I recently took my sandrail to be repaired at this shop. I was having problems of it not running right, back firing and loss of power. He called me and informed me that he had to replace the battery to get it running. I agreed. I also agreed to him installing a electronic ignition on the distributor. He then proceeded to call me and let me know he spent and excess amount of hours trying to get it running right. 10 hours to be exact. He told me it was going to be over $700 for the services he did. He told me that it was the carbs and they needed to be rejeted. I told him that he was charging way too much for the services he had performed especially for not leaving the sandrail running right. I wasnt able to pick up the sandrail right away and from the beginning he told me it was ok if it stayed there. After I didnt pick it up the first week he told me he was going to start charging me storage fees 35 dollars for every day. Why he changed his mind I do not know.He did lower the price down to 530. I paid him in full. For anyone that is going to take your vehicle here please be careful. He charges way to much for the little service he does. He changed out two parts that visiably looking do not take to long to change out and for him to take a total of ten hours trying to get it running right and telling me they are the carbs is just ridiculous to me. I personally think that it does not take that long to realize somthing is bad. I just want people to take this into consideration before taking there vehicle or toy to this shop. I honestly think that their is better shops in town that can do the same services for a much less price.Desired Settlement: I would like to refunded in full because I honestly can say he wasted his time and also mine in trying to repair something he could not. The vehicle doesnt run right and now I have to take it elsewhere to another mechanic for them to perform the services right.

As stated by the Business.I contacted the Customer around 7pm 9/16/15 and explained to him again the reason for the charges on his Sandrail. I made an offer to Javier to refund the labor portion of the bill to close this case and to have his Girlfriend erase her fake faulty reviews that she is making against my business on Yelp and any all other websites. Until this agreement can be met and followed through and completed I will then be able to Refund J[redacted] the labor portion of his bill.
