Garment not cleaned, customer service rude, told there is no manager and no way to contact the owner.1/12/2016 @ approx 12:40p.m.Left a letterman jacket for cleaning on 1/8 and advised that there was cat urine I was trying to clean from it. Was told that it was a difficult smell to remove. Picked up the garment and it still smells. Horribly. I took it back in, immediately, and let them know it still smells. The woman at the counter immediately became hateful, telling me she told me up front it probably wouldn't come out. I told her I remember being told it was a difficult smell, but that if I had been told it probably wouldn't come out, I would have never left it. She went to the back for a moment, told me no one was there and that if I left it, they would try again. I told her I wouldn't pay for it to be done again and she very hatefully told me, "I said we would try again, I never told you I was charging you for it". I asked for a manager's name and number and was only given the same number I have on my pick up ticket. I did leave the jacket because I don't know what else to do. I called immediately upon arriving back at my office (10 minutes away) and [redacted] answered. I again asked for a manager and she told me there wasn't one, but could she help. I told her what happened and she again told me I was told that up front. I repeated that I never would have left it if there wasn't a chance it would come clean. I don't have money to do that. I became very upset at that point and more than a little angry. I asked for a manager again and she told me she had died. I apologized for that and asked for the owner. I was given the name [redacted] and asked for a number. I got the same one again. I asked when I could expect to get in touch with him and she said, Honestly, probably never. So I asked if she was telling me that the business and employees could treat customers any way they wanted and there was no consequence.
