Review: on May 21, 2013 I hired Germantown Roofing Solutions to silver coat my roof, and to repair my front porch, **. [redacted] Rucker owner told me it would cost $ 450.00 for the roof and 200.00 for the porch, the covering of the beam across the porch needed to be replaced or repaired and colked and sealed, he did not repair it as he said he would come back and complete the work after the foam he place in the opening dryed so he could seal it off and straighten beam. I have called him, text him, and also told him after multible times I would report him, I am disabled and on a fixed income and don't have money to throw away, I asked him to refund my money and he said he would but as of now I have not received anything at first I was asking for $150.00 of the $200.00 I paid him but because I had to find his address through 411 information because he never contacted me I am asking for the 200.00 back. Please help me by sending him a letter and let me know what steps I can take to get a refund, Thank you so much for your help.Desired Settlement: I paid $200.00 for work he really never done, he partially repair and never came to complete, the work was on my front porch front beam.
