Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2016/02/02) */
Yes the car was dropped off as stated. Car has multiple issues which where fixed due to the dual mass flywheel. Car was due to be fixed during the week of the 8th as stated. Customer showed up when car was not completely finished it was moved...

outside due to other cars having to be worked on. Customer got into vehicle and started car although he was advised not to due to car not being completely finished. Customer complained that car was still making the same noise that it made when it came in when I advised him that it was not that the noise it was making is clearly from the dpf filter going bad. Customer did not like what he was being told and decided to call the police to take his car back. Police came and the story was told. Police told the customer that he bought a lemon and that in order for him to take the car he had to pay the balance that was owed. Customer paid remaining balance and was advised that the vehicle still had loose bolts and that a few things needed to be tightened up. Customer was advised that if took car in its condition that he would be the responsible party should anything happen on the way driving home. Customer agreed and drove car knowing that things needed to be tighten up. All this was done in front of police officer. Customer has since started a charge reversal on his credit card although was advised not to by the officer. Also as advised and he agreed to any damage that happen to car after the fact he would be responsible for. So if there is axel damage then it's his baby. Bottom line is customer bought a lemon. He cannot except the fact of such.

I have the recording of the entire conversion on video with the police officer. No where in the video did Omar mentioned that the car is due to be fixed on the 8th. He said that the car is fixed and if I want the car then I need to pay the remaining balance. I paid the remaining balance and took the car to the nearest dealer and the car was diagnosed with the same problem as when the car was taken to Germanwerks with the addition of broken axel. I have the video and the diagnostics from the dealers before and after the "repaired" done by Germanwerks (Omar) and both stating the same problem still exists.
