I ordered masks on April 16th 2020 on GERMKLEEN website. I was notified a week later that shipment went out. One week later I tracked the package, USPS said that label was created but never received at USPS. I contacted seller and was told it would be shipped out. Tracking showed the package was shipped May 5th, but to wrong zip code. Contacted GERMCLEAN and was told I made the error on my order. Sent GERMKLEEN copy of receipt showing correct zip code was on order. Package was never received due to wrong zip code, requested refund. May 17th tracking confirms package was returned to GERMKLEEN, sent USPS confirmation of delivery to GERMKLEEN. Contacted GERMKLEEN May 19th they say never received package and will not refund.

We are responding to the Complaint of Ms., regarding the attempted delivery of her order to a wrong address, whereby she requested a refund. At no time did GERMKLEEN respond to Ms. with anything other than an explanation that we haven't yet received the package back yet to determine our next step. The Customer is the only party that can list their return address including zip code on our site for the purchase, we in turn simply provide the shipping label which is printed directly from the site, attached to the package and ship. The package was attempted to be delivered to the address Ms. listed on the site. But as I reviewed the actual online order address input, it appears based on the address zip code, the mailing program changed the final zip code address which is not the address Ms. listed. So, Ms. is 100% correct and I only wish I had taken a few more minutes to look at the zip code on the site, This is the first time that this has ever happened, and we very much apologize to our customer for this unintentional and totally unfounded issue with our site. What this tells me, is our staff has to do a better job at making sure the information on the site has to transfer to the actual shipping labels as we are stumped as to how this address could have changed from what was inputted by our customer. We did our level best, during this Covid crisis wreaking havoc on delivery schedules in every sector of the economy, to get her package out to her, this was not intentional as you can see from the photo's. We can include a copy of Ms. mailing label, and package notice, that states not able to deliver, which somehow got changed from the site to the shipping label. Having said this, GERMKLEEN would like to resend the package to Ms. if she desires, and still refund her purchase, as this zip code error has our tech people scratching their heads. We are sorry that Ms. has had a bad delivery experience, as we strive to provide the very best products to our customers. Let us know what the next steps are in an effort to resolve this dispute.
