customer test drove the vehicle 3 times keeping the car for a hour on each test drive came to me and begged us to work a deal with him for the car. He seemed like a nice kid so I accepted 500$ with pick up payments each week to complete the down payment we agreed on. When his first payment came due he came into my office with a list from Bimmers which is one of the most expensive retail BMW repair facilities in [redacted] telling me the car needs almost 2000$ worth of work and he was not going to make his payment as per our agreement. We told him that was a outrageous price and our shop [redacted] diagnosed the vehicle proving that the work was not even needed to be done. The only thing that was needed was a alignment and front breaks. We informed the customer about this and told him we would pay for that work to be done from [redacted] if he would just keep up with the payments as he had agreed. The customer told us he was unable to make the 250$ pick up payment that week since he had no money. He then signed a voluntary repossession agreement and returned the vehicle to us. Country Club Motors no longer wants to work with this customer at all.
