On May 2015, *** dropped their car off to be detailed, after picking the car up they returned shortly to point out some areas they felt were not cleaned as well as they thought they should beWhen *** came into the cashier booth,
my cashier *** said he was throwing his hands in the air and using foul languageHe demanded to talk to the guy who cleaned his car*** went to get ***, letting him know the customer was very upset and cursingWhen *** came to meet him at his car *** asked him what the problem was and *** just told him to "get in the car", *** hesitated wondering why, again he was told to "get in the car", *** leaned over and felt the seat to see if it was wet, and again was ordered to "get in the car", *** was reluctantly to get into the car and his temper was escalating because of the way he was being treatedOnce in the car *** shut the door to show him that the mirrors were not cleaned thoroughly, *** agreed and said "sorry about that, that shouldn't happen"*** continued to point out areas he thought were not clean*** had spent a total of five and half hours on this car, which was at least two hours more than averageWhen cars are not cleaned on a regular basis many cannot be brought back to like new condition, which I think *** expected***, at this point, realized he was not going to be able to make him happy and asked him to leave and settle the next day with the general manager*** was able to get a hold of me shortly after *** left and informed me of the situation
After getting *** and ***'s stories, I called *** the next morning, to discuss thisI apologized, gave him my personal cell number and told him to call me to set up a time so I could look the car over and try to fix what wasn't right*** said he would give my number to his wife and she would contact meAs of the date of this letter she has not contacted me*** actually told me on our phone conversation that most of the car came out better than they thought it would
