After looking through the website war their estimated shipping dates to my locationI took the option to pay an extra fee to rush the processing on the orderI placed the order feb 25th, they took their payment out on feb 25th, my order did not process to be shipped until March 3rdAs of today March 6th I still haven't received my package
This Company has zero integrity I purchased some paint from them through Amazon almost a month ago and when it arrived it was damaged and leakedI understand things happen and was not upset....but then the way in which they handled it was really terribleand rude I normally do not write reviews but I have never experienced such horrible customer service Through much correspondence...they still have done nothing....thankfullly Amazon has an A to Z claim and they have integrity and I will get my money backTCP could learn a thing or two from Amazon I would find another company to use....seriously

I purchased the Belloccio Spray Tan Tent from TCP GlobalI bought this same tent (or so I thought it was the same, it's NOT) a few years ago and I have loved it more than any other tent I've tried to use, however, the manufacturer clearly changed the make of the tentIt is VERY cheaply made and is EXTREMELY difficult to fold back upThe tent I had before was much wider and a breeze to pand fold awayThis is seriously one of the worst tents I have ever seenI would be incredibly embarrassed going to a clients home and having the difficulty I have had trying to fold this tent back up and put in bagI'm seriously sweating like crazy after attempting this for the last minutesI'm no novice to spray tanning or tan tents and this one is by far the WORSTI would recommend a better brand as I have tried several but I haven't found another that's better than the one I currently haveI came back to this brand thinking I was getting the same trusty tent I've had for years and is just now starting to tear in placesI'm very dissatisfied and disappointedAlso, upon opening the tent for the first time I noticed that the cheap material is already ripped on the bottom sides and the metal rod is exposedUghReturning this as soon as I can get it folded back upmight be a whileI called into TCP's customer service and they did not even seem to care that their products are so cheaply made and I was dissatisfiedBad business and cheaply made productsStay clear of anything made or sold by TCP Global!
