My wife contacted LA Tree to remove three trees from our front yard and grind the stumps, the negotiation was for them to bring enough people and resources to finish the job in one day According to the woman in charge, they would complete everything in one day, guaranteed The cost was $3, They were to show up Monday morning, October, 2017, and be finished that afternoon They showed up and immediately said they were short of people The female in charge also asked my wife for half the money upfront, she said she had to pay her workers and to rent a stump grinder She then stated that she would not be able to finish the job on Monday She said she would be back the following day and finish removing the biggest tree in the yard My wife gave them $ She demanded cash and said if it wasn't cash she would charge my wife tax? I don't know what was going on there! They cut two trees and left The next day my wife waited all day for them to return It has been six day
I paid to have a tree cut down & remove all debrisI paid in full & left & so did they, & they never finished the job
As I said above I had to leave & they left about a half an hour later but told my daughter they would be back the next week to Finnish the jobThey never came back even after me calling twice

After I left, they decided to stop working and leave The tree they were suppose to remove is still standing Repeated calls go unanswered I believe they saw this as an opportunity to try to get paid for a job they didn't complete
