There are many farmhouse... related FaceBook pages and farmhouse blogs that we are friends with and they hold Giveaways and using our products as prizes. We think this is what may have happened here after really looking into this. We will make it right even though we were not involved with this at all. We have no idea who *** Dell'*** is and have never had any orders from him or any business dealings what so everWe believe he is referring to a order his wife placed

We contacted *** *** right away telling her the desk was on back order and could be for some time, said said no problem and that she would wait, we have emails from her if needed
She then out of no-where filed a dispute with PayPal, a very dishonest dispute and we were awarded the out come because we proved what she was trying to do was wrongShe appealed and provided information and they are reviewingI just got off the phone with PayPal and have been told after sending them additional information that she will lose her appeal and I was told NOT TO REFUND them one red cent by PayPalThey wanted a full refund but refused to send our items back as requested by PayPal
Attached is an email dated Jan 5th telling us we won and to ship her desk which we have, UPS tracking # 1ZEF3664AXXXXXXXXXI don't what else we can do for these people
They tried to scam us out of a few hundred dollars while by reviewing her record has tried before

It is not our wish to continue a back-and-forth dialog with the owner of this companyOne look at his other reviews will clearly demonstrate to anyone that he does this sort of thing routinelyHe is not being truthful when he says that we provided information (what would that have been?) and that we were attempting to receive a refund for the entire amount of the original orderThroughout the comments during the dispute period, we noted repeatedly that we were asking for a refund for the desk, with the associated s/h charges only
He is also being untruthful that the dispute my wife filed with PayPal was "out of nowhere." On the contrary, she was very patient, and none of his notifications were "right away," as he has claimedThey were received after much prompting and many unanswered emailsShe waited more than two months before filing this dispute, and only did so after he stopped communicating altogetherPayPal came to an incorrect conclusion initially, and it was explained that this occurred because we were asking for an amount that was less than the original amount charged to our account (because we were not disputing the charges associated with the three smaller items)According to PayPal, the seller had to approve the lesser amount ($380.65) in order for them to issue the refundHe failed to do soWe did not understand that at the time, and also, all of this was occurring during the holidays when we were home visiting our children and grandchildrenMy wife does not have a smartphone, and I have no phone at all, so we were at a distinct disadvantage during that periodOnce we got home, she resumed her efforts to try and get our money backPayPal issued our refund upon appeal, I suspect it is because they finally did look at the comments and saw that this seller had admitted that he never sent the desk, despite implying he had by sending the bogus tracking numbers

We stayed up late trying our best to find this *** Dell'*** in our system and he is just not thereHowever as before we thought he may be related to a *** *** and order # *** as I mentioned in my email the other day
We did ship the desk after being asked to by *** *** on January 5th she emailed and asked us to ship the desk and we didI emailed her to tell her the desk had shipped and she asked me to cancel it and to have it returned to us which I did She filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal awarded us after making their decision
She has been given her refund and last night received a email from her stating that all was good and that she was happy this was over, we have copies if needed
When This man says not authorized and bogus tracking numbers he is clearly incorrect and really has no clue of what he is talking about and maybe he not related at all to *** *** we don't know
Like I mentioned, we have no record of this man ever buying or communicating with us, we have no idea who he really is
He also concludes that his issue has been resolved so I just don't know how to really respond
