Complaint[redacted] the service [redacted] told me to shove a defective battery up my [redacted]. Way out of lineTried to return a truck battery that was dead, I had all my paperwork in order and I met all of the return requirements. The service [redacted] did not want to take the battery back so he got rude and swore at me and told me shove the battery up my [redacted]. I left with out being able to return the battery and in turn he sent me an invoice with nasty things written on the invoice. This person was completely out of line and I still need a new battery that was defective. After he yelled the obscenity at me, I did stoop to his level and yell back, I do regret that but he had pushed me and was so angry I felt like I had to defend my self some how. I left feeling violated and in shock.Desired SettlementI just want to return my battery for a new one. and I hope that no customer is never treated like this at any place of businessBusiness' Initial Response Contact Email: [redacted]@gervaisford.comHere is the excact copy of what was sent to Mr.[redacted] on his invoice.--cust states battery no good.test.Note-informed customer that the charger/tester says need to charge and retest-only way to replace under ford warranty,customer says this is bull and refuses to wait one hour,asked for his battery back and left[redacted].My recollection of who said what to whom is different than [redacted] version.Also he neglected to mention that I called him and left a voicemail that same afternoon,the message stated that regardless of our not seeing eye to eye on this issue,I still want to replace the battery for him if it is indeed defective,all he needs to do is let us charge and test per Ford Motor policy.This has to be done in order to get a replacement authorization code from Ford to replace the battery.And that is what he is so upset about,he does not believe this to be true.If needed we I can send a copy of the policy from the warranty and policy manual.I will mail you a copy of his invoice if needed,or can scan and e-mail.Thank-You for time looking into this issue.Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The battery was tested per Ford's specs. They Tech said the battery was DEAD. [redacted] came out and went off of in a very un customer service manner. He was extremely unprofessional; yelling, swearing with is eyes almost bugging out of his sockets. I bought a battery from another Ford dealer without any trouble at all, they did the same Ford test and they also said the Battery was Dead, but they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. [redacted] should not have a job and not be allowed any customers, he is a very unstable person and should be kept away from the public, Revdex.com should really look into this person, who needs professional help.
