Review: Im writing this letter in reference to the court dates that have been attached to my property stating failure to make payment since you guys have now taken over the property. I have been in my residence for 7 years this March and have always paid my rent every month on time . I would also like to extend my residence there moving to a new location with more room for me and my family . As I have done the last two months that you guys have taken over the property . In the month of February I have paid 1K to my rental place in which my normal rent was $690.00 & this month also my rental payment was completed on Feb 28th to the rental office. I am receiving notices from The law office of [redacted] . Please advise if there is another way to make my payments that would be more sufficient to your office other than leaving at the Apartment complex by the 1st of each month. I would also like a copy of my rental payments for the last year .. To show and have my own reference to this. I have reached out to our new [redacted] by the name of [redacted] and have left a total of 3 messages with no return calls .. Also have called the court that has left the notices on my door and no return call yet as of today Please advise if there is also another contact I should have in regards to my living . I also have a son receiving these notices is stressful to my health and has put me in the hospital and well as putting a danger to my livelihood . This problem just started after [redacted] took over the property I have been having issues as of yesterday when checked record shows that an over payment is also due to me .. My number is [redacted] and my email address is [redacted] also my address is listed above thank you for your immediate attention to this matter the property actually now owes me 129.00 for my over payment I have written letters I have talk to the landlord I have called the property manager and no one has resolved the issue in two months and going into the 3rd month.Desired Settlement: I just want my file completed and my correctsion and for all this calls and time off and calling I also had to be hospitailized for the stress and had to take pills my head was hurting from allt he stress was put on pain meds.
