Company's response below: Before we went to the [redacted] house I informed Mrs [redacted] that we would need a copy of her closing papers or something showing the date of occupation of her homein order to cover the repair under warranty In which most manufactures require proof of purchase before we are able to repair a product under warranty She told me thather husband had the paper work needed for us, as she was not there When the serviceman got to the home he had to wait minutes for them to put the dogs up and thenMr [redacted] did not have the paper work ready for the serviceman The serviceman waited a short time as Mr [redacted] was looking for the paperwork we needed, and Mr [redacted] never told him to go ahead and check the refrigerator and he would pay for the repairs if he could not find info needed The serviceman after wasting a trip out there and time waiting for paper work that we were told were readily available finally did leave I am sure the serviceman was frustrated and has many more calls to go to that day, but should not have been rude to the customer He has been warned about his behavior I am sorry this happenedThank you, [redacted] G.E.SRefrigeration, Inc
