Review: The company charge me $1200 to provide me my 2011 Toyota venza parts( Dashboard,air bag,air box or cleaner,strut and control arm).After their employee called [redacted] promise to deliver or ship my items within one week, it took them more than one moths before I could get air bag,strut,control arm and no dashboard and air box.After emailing and calling for about two weeks,he decided to refund me $438.He send me email that my refund will get to my account within 72hrs, is now about one week and no refund and when I call they always tell me [redacted] is not in or the Boss is not thereDesired Settlement: They are not willing to refund my money

Review: I ordered the part on line and paid for the part with Pay Pal. The part was not the correct part and the company was notified sevral times by telephone an e-mail. I sent the part back and they were to ship me the correct part. This did not happen, we have called this company about 40 to 50 times since September 2013. They say the part will be shipped. You only have 30 days to report to Pay Pal about this matter and that time as long passed. I telephoned the company today, and they told me they were sorry and no longer in the auto parts. That portion of the company had been dropped. We have paid for the part, we could at least get our money back, we shipped the incorrect part back to them.Desired Settlement: Cash refund for part

Review: On/Around November [redacted], I sent in an online request to find a rim for my car online. I was contacted by GESP Auto parts a day later saying they had the part I was looking for and they could ship it out to me for $350 including a tire, having searched around I was satisfied with the price so I accepted and we moved along. They faxed me an order form which I signed and emailed back. Two days later I got a call from a guy named "Chris" saying he was the manager of the establishment and that they had lost my information and he needed the form again. This was a red flag to me and he insisted that he would take care of me. I continued regardless, sent him the info again and was promised I would have my rim/tire in 7-10 days MAX. I called "Chris" couple days later asking for a tracking number and he said the product was shipped from California and he would get me the tracking number later in the afternoon. Of course "Chris" didn't call back or email this continued for a good week and half. I would call him and would leave to his vm, he would sporadically call back. One day his excuse was the holidays caused a shipping delay (this was before black friday) and that his customers satisfaction was #1 priority. He also said he wasn't going to run away with the $350 that they immediately charged around the Nov [redacted]. He promised me that I would have my tire/rim on the 25th no exceptions. The whole time chris never provided me with a tracking number. This place is a shady establishment which is shown online as a security cameras / dvr place so I don't know why they are selling auto parts. I advise everyone to not do business with them as they are just money hungry thieves who will not deliver and the employees are liars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I hope others will learn and not deal with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $350 IMMEDIATELY and compensation for wasting my time and constant lies on part of all the people that I encountered at GESP PAT, SAL, and the biggest liar CHRIS. I also need to be sure these guys wont steal my identity because Initially the requested I fax them my ID alongside the order form.
