I was under the impression that, having been in contact with my former client, we had alreadymade an agreement as to them getting a refund in the amount owed, so this letter comes as a mystery tome.Upon the arrival of the client's dog, the client signed a contract stating that I am not responsiblefor the death of a dog in trainingA copy of said contract can be mailed with this letter. As to the death of the client's dog, it is with great regret the loss of a client's dogUpon a detailedinspection from both me, and a deputy from the Linn County sheriff's office, we could not determine thecause of deathThere were no fatal bite marks on the dog's body from another dog, or broken bones, andtherefore a preexisting health problem can't be ruled out.On the night in question, the client's dog was segregated from all the other dogs on the property, including the accused rescue Pill BullUpon a final inspection of all the dogs that afternoon, l left with afriend around 4pmWe were 25-miles out of town, and ended up with flat tiresOur only availableoption was to put on one spare tire that we had, and drive as far as we could back towards town with oneflat, until we had to park and walk, still about miles from townWe were able to find a ride and made itback to my property just after 1:AMThis is when we discovered the dogs were together, and theclient's dog was deceasedEvery fence near the client's dogs kennel was inspected and photographed bymyself, and the enclosure where the two dogs were found was inspected and photographed. The only possible determination we were able to make was that it appeared that the client's dogwas removed from her kennel by someone, and put into the enclosure with the other dogWe called thesheriff's office to file a complaint, and called the client to inform them about the death of their dog.The client then accused me of killing their dog, yelling dirty inappropriate things by phone towards myfriend and I, and made verbal threats of legal actionThey also verbally refused to pick up the dog, eventhough I was told by the sheriff's office to give them multiple options to do soAfter three days, my onlychoice was to dispose of the dogs body myself, to prevent possible illness to the other animals on theproperty, as, unfortunately, I am not equipped with a freezer to contain a dog over pounds.I hope you find this a satisfactory explanation as to the death of the clients dogFor furtherinquiry, you can contact the Linn County sheriff's office at: [redacted] The case number on file is [redacted] .Thank you,

responsiblefor the death of a dog in training. A copy of said contract can be mailed with this letter. As to the death of the client's dog, it is with great regret the loss of a client's dog. Upon a final inspection of all the dogs that afternoon, l left with afriend around 4pm. We were 25-30 miles out of town, and ended up with 2 flat tires. Our only availableoption was to put on one spare tire that we had, and drive as far as we could back towards town with oneflat, until we had to park and walk, still about 13 miles from town. We were able to find a ride and made itback to my property just after 1:00 AM. This is when we discovered the dogs were together, and theclient's dog was deceased.
