They are lube techs and tire salesmen......They have no idea what they are doing! This shop is a jokeI contacted the corporate office for Big o, another jokeThe Corporate office is the store owners calling you back if they want or notI left a voicemail for the owner at this shop, DanI never received a call backTHIS STORE IS A JOKE! IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!!!!! WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!
