giftcertificate. Sometimes this happens because a wrong email was used. I offered to try to track that down,through our IT department. I have no access to those kind of computer issues. I emailed her back andasked her if she wanted the gift certificate to go to her or to a different email.On March 9th I read a review on FB Ms. [redacted] had left and I attempted to contact her again tounderstand what she wanted. I emailed her and told her the IT department was still working on it, but Iwould be glad to refund her money if that is what she wanted.On March 11th my IT department informed me that the new gift certificate had been sent, so I assumedthe issue had been resolved.On March 28th, the customer emailed me again asking for a refund. On Friday April [redacted] issued her a fullrefund of $40 and emailed her to inform her.I have not heard back from Ms [redacted], so I assumed that she received her refund and nofurther action was needed.Natalie M[redacted]Manager, Get Air [email protected]
