I signed up for and paid for a CPR class through Get Fit Gym last May 2019. The class was scheduled for June 2019. The class was canceled and was going to be rescheduled. I asked multiple times when the class would be rescheduled and there was no date. This February I asked for a refund and *** informed she would reach out to the instructor. I have not received a refund as of yet. I have emailed *** and have not received a response. I should receive a refund for a class that was canceled.
I reached out to the client in March via email notifying her the organizer of the event tried to refund her card on file and the card was marked VOID. I asked how she would like to proceed with a refund in what form and I have not heard back since.

I never received an email saying they were unable to provide a refund as my credit card was voided. I was never asked how I would like to be refunded; otherwise, I would have provided another way of being refunded. I have emailed her with no response.

I never received this email. If I did, I would not have opened this complaint. I had emailed you on Feb 12th, March 10th, May 29th, and May 31st. I would just like a refund for the class, and if you could please send me a check to my home address, I would appreciate it. This is the only email I received on Feb 12th: Hi ***, I will message *** and let her know you want a refund. Thanks.*** I did not receive a response from any of the other emails I had sent.

A check for the total in the amount of $62.52 will be mailed to the customer's home address on file. In future, please use other means of communication (studio phone number, coaches cell phone numbers, coaches personal email) you have on file if no response is immediately received.
