In October, 2016, ***, owner of the Get Floored Home Improvement company, installed the back splash in our kitchen with tiles I supplied. Two of the light switches he worked on do not function properly. He also caulked the bottom seal incorrectly. It started to chip away less than three weeks after the completion of the job. I have attempted to contact him via email starting on November 26, 2016. I have sent an additional 27 emails requesting this situation be rectified. I included pictures in four of the emails. He has not responded.
Product_Or_Service: Installation of tiles for a kitchen back splash
Refund I will have to hire an electrician to fix the two light switches. I will also have to hire someone to remove the crumbling grout and replace it with the correct sealant. I am asking for a partial refund to cover the costs. I paid *** $768.00.
