Get Growing Landscaping Ltd.

From the experience that I had with this company I could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Newly installed back lawn grew while the newly installed front lawn did not. Both were laid on the same day and had the same care taken with them. Get Growing blames the heat of the summer for the problem that occurred with the front lawn. Why then did the back lawn not suffer the same problems as the front? Owner makes promises to do things and then does not fulfill the promise. I have the accumulated emails to show this is a fact. Owner of the company advertises on his emails, "When Quality Counts" and has written on his Website, "We strive to meet and exceed expectations, and raise the standard in landscaping and customer service in our region." I have absolutely not experienced quality customer service follow through.I have met with only avoidance. I have several emails in which Chris says he will come by to see the lawn He has not followed through to come by and look at the lawn that did not grow.

I requested a quote from Get Growing Landscaping Ltd. and received an immediate response. Not only did they respond right away, they were able to come and do the landscaping I needed the same day. An overall excellent experience and I would use them again.

We originally contacted Chris at Get Growing for gutter cleaning but found out they also do concrete driveways so we hired them for both jobs. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. Chris is very hands-on and always visited to check up on the work being done. Easy communication via email and text. We are extremely happy with the work done. Will recommend to friends and family.
