Dear Ms [redacted] : I can definitely appreciate your frustration as I have personally felt the same way you do about mail I receiveHopefully I can clarify this frustrating situation To advertise our services, we send out hundreds of thousands of pieces of mail every yearTo acquire the names to which we send marketing pieces, we rely on various list sources to provide these potential leadsThose lists are then merged onto a marketing piece which is mailed through an outsourced vendor Anytime we receive a request to be removed from our database we instantly place that account in a Do Not Contact status in which we will never intentionally contact that person againUnfortunately, the next time we order a list your name may be included and the entire list is sent directly to the vendor who mails the marketing piece for us Solution: The only way to avoid receiving these unwanted pieces of mail is to remove your name from all databases of any list provider we might useI researched your account and can confirm that it is in a Do Not Contact status and any marketing sent out using our database does not include your name or addressI recognize this does not give you the intended solution you seek and we are trying to find a better way to filter out those that do not want our marketing pieces because we still have to pay for every name that is on a list we order as well as having to pay the postage to those that do not want themUntil we find a way to accomplish your request and, at the same time, save us our much needed capital, please accept our sincere and humble apologies for the intrusionIf you happen to receive another postcard from us, please immediately toss it in the trash with our regretsSincerely, [redacted] ***Get It Done House Buyers, Inc.General Manager
