This company charged more than agreed upon, did not deliver to agreed upon address
They continually lied to us during our business with them

I would definitely use this company again if I need to have this type of serviceIt was very courteous and patient with my needs he showed no frustatration at times most would it was a very difficult move and patient was required

Total lack of professionalism
Rarely respond to calls or texts
Until days before the requested transfer of the car, there were no response; hence till that very last moment I was not sure if the car will be picked up at all or not? When will it be picked up?
Responses from the owner is rude, condescending
Gives different quotes at different times on the same exact car: often $245, next time $295, then $400....for the same pick up and drop off location and the same "enclosed" optionNo consistency!
Their recommended drivers are totally unreliable; demands additional money on the spot; like "there is a luggage in the car"..."you have to give additional 300$ for it"Takes advantage of the customer when the customer has no other choice but to comply; puts customer in a difficult situation and demand $; extortion! When you complain to the owner of this business about such behavior of the drivers, you get no support from them, instead get demeaning responses
Does not clarify to the customer how much $ is due to the driver at pick or deliveryThe driver told me $at delivery, hrs after picking up the car but there were no such discussion about this amount of $ with this companyHow was it decided

Had a trade deal between two vehicles - one in PA and the other in TX. Went on uShip.com for quotes and GetItDone Transportation messaged the TX truck owner with a deal we could not refused. We asked what could be done to handle both vehicles and they came back and said they GUARANTEE both vehicles to be picked up within a week of each other, but I had to put a deposit on it that day. So like a fool, I did. That person's name at GetItDone was [redacted] and right after I gave him a credit card number over the phone, we never heard from him again. Fast forward about a week and a half and there is a storm between GetItDone, myself (in PA), the truck owner in Texas, and a transportation company that GID contacted to pick up the vehicles. Apparently, GID gave the transport outfit false information, saying both vehicles were to be picked up in Texas. Also, they gave the company an invalid PA address. The transport company ended up losing money on the deal and delayed the delivery of the TX truck. We had to work directly with the transport company in order to straighten the mess out since our new contact of GID was not responsive AT ALL. I left well over a dozen voicemails and missed calls for him. [redacted] is the guy at GID who was so unprofessional throughout the situation that the TX truck owner ended up flying to PA and driving the vehicle home (back to TX). I requested a refund months ago, never heard anything. I finally reached [redacted] and he brushed me off yet again, saying he'd give a full refund and it'll be in the mail. Fast forward three weeks, no refund. The whole situation took several months until I finally gave up. Dave [redacted] is unprofessional and disrespectful. He severely lacks communication and the ability to follow through with promises and his word. He disrespected the TX truck owner, the transportation company (will remain nameless), and myself. He has wasted countless hours of my life, made me and the TX truck owner lose money (we both took time off work since GID failed to follow through), and I will never recommend him or his business to anyone. He promised a full refund of $320 (which was the deposit) and I'll never see it again. I have all of the call logs to his business from me and the TX vehicle owner, as well as the manifest and correspondence with the other transportation company. I simply don't have time to get jerked around any longer, so I'm throwing in the towel.

If I ever need this type of service again Mr [redacted] from Get it Done is who I will contact. Price was guaranteed and everything promised was done.

If you never transported a car before you don't know what you're getting into. Initially I was overwhelmed by the amount of calls I received when I submitted one request for a quote online. I stopped answering calls and emails and once the big wave stopped of calls I sift through the emails. Get it done stood out to me because they only sent me one email and left one voicemail they did not call back to back. I also like that they are a family business . I decided to give David P. a chance and everything was smooth sailing from there.I am glad I did my homework and decided on the right company.

I contracted with Get it Done Transportation to move my daughter's car in April this year. The initial interaction was positive. I received several contacts from [redacted] with a final shipping quote of $490 all in (no hidden fees) door to door service. I paid a $95 deposit to hold this price (thus owing a total of $395). Following this, the experience went from bad to worse. I was told I would hear from them 1 week prior to picking up the car, but after numerous attempts to confirm that they were indeed coming for the car, I finally heard from him 1 day prior to the scheduled pick up date that the driver would be there. But, the driver did not show up until 2 days later. The pick up process went smoothly once he was here. I was not able to reach the driver throughout the move to check on his ETA. After numerous calls and texts, I finally heard from him that he would be there on Saturday morning. Then it was Saturday afternoon. Then is was Sunday afternoon. Then it was Monday evening. The driver finally showed up at 10:30 pm demanding $425 in cash. Note that this was never made clear that cash was the only way to pay. She had to go to the ATM and take out money - and ATMs only allow $20 increments. So, she handed him $440 to get her car. She felt very uncomfortable with the enitre process. That meant we had paid $535 for our $490 guaranteed price. I asked for a refund of the difference. [redacted] told me that it would issue in early June. It is now late July and I have received nothing. My emails asking about it have gone unanswered. Do not use this company to transport your car..

I was looking for a auto transportation company and stumbled across get it done transportation while googling. The reviews were very good and I love the fact they are family owned. America was built on family owned businesses and we do have to continue to support them . Our car was picked up on time with no delays and delivered with no damage the price was very fair. I must say dealing with Dave was a very pleasurable experience . I highly recommend this family business to anyone.

I was overall very happy with our service we received from the team at get it done transportation. [redacted] was very nice honest and did everything he promised. My car was delivered on time damage free at the price he gave me. If you're looking for in-service make sure you contact get it done. I do recommend

We were at a loss on how to get a car from Georgia to Margate Fl in between trying to get a reasonable flight out to having it transported with absolutely No Love whatsoever when I called Get it Done and spoke to the owner who immediately set us up for the Next Day ( it was already After 7 pm) not only was the fee More than affordable, the car arrived in Perfect Condition. Thank you Get it Done for solving the problem, and more than that, Thank You David for your Personal Attention.
