I had the pleasure of working with [redacted] this past year to do roof repair and paint preparations among other items. This is not a warranty or guarantee issue. months after we completed job. I did return to inspect and explained to [redacted] about rafters and decking and was not caused by our work. I did tell him since this was a small area and because he was my customer, I would take care of this at no cost to him. [redacted] asked me not to bother him during hunting season, so we would be able to do it after hunting season. We both reached out to one another and would miss each other or could not meet on a date. During this period I also lost my Son and will be going back to work in the near future. We are in the process of completing the project. There were a few items that were out of our control, and other items that needed to be special ordered and taken care of prior to completing certain areas. My short of staff and personal reasons have also delayed this project. We are still...
