Called the business spoke with Mr [redacted] he stated that the service fee is $ [redacted] and the lock fee was $**He stated he is going to reach out today with a date and time that he can come out to repair the lock

To whom it may concern,I wanted to express my disappointment from the complaint we are a very reputable company in the [redacted] area and this is our first complaint with the Revdex.com ,In regard to the pricing ,the customer called a lead generation company that provides starting prices for fixing a lock because it's not possible to give a flat price on fixing it cos every lock is different ,Our tech provide the final price before he started to work on the lock and if the customer didn't want the service it's fine she just needed to pay the service call only ,If there is a problem with the services provided we gave the customer a business card with our direct line for any future issues we will take full responsibility for our services,In regard to the poor customer service that the customer got from the office it's not our responsibility because they are there Own company and I can't control how they deal with there customers ,But if the customer would have call us directly I'm sure that the issue would never arises ,If the problem is not fixed just call us and we will take care of it ,Thank you for bringing the metar to my attention and I know that we can fix the problem just communicate with us ,Best regards [redacted] locksmith

Revdex.com spoke with the businessHe will be reached out to the customer directly to address this concern He states there have been people that use his name in the area that do not work for him

We would like to have the amount of money we paid refunded as we are unhappy with the service provided and its still not fixed

He called and harassed me as to why I had submitted a complaint against them.  We do not want them back out here nor do we want any contact with them.
