Review: [redacted] accepted a job to do an assessment of a water leakage issue in my basement in Israel. Only in the middle of the conversation did he mention that he is only a consultant and his fee merely covers consultation, and does not go towards the repairs themselves. In addition, [redacted] did not run the actual water tests to figure out if his assessments were correct (he called it in his letter "a limited visual inspection") and he refused to write a written report of the inspection - and finally agreed to write one after much arguing, after the fact. After addressing these issues repeatedly with [redacted], he agreed to refund us the 1000 Shekel fee. After repeated emails and phone calls, [redacted] has not refunded us the money, and it is now more than 5 months later.Desired Settlement: One time payment of $265 (1000 NIS at the January *, 2013 rate) or one time payment of 1000 NIS.
