I attended a Get Motivated Seminar in Cleveland on August 30, The entire day consisted of sales pitch after sales pitch with very little motivational materialI purchased one seminar on the stock market for $because software and a class on how to invest for yourself without an investment firm was offeredAfter further research when I got home, I found the stock market seminar gave you limited access to the software and was geared toward encouraging you to invest with their investment firmFull access to the software was only granted after additional $10,was paid for more classesThis was definitely not what was presented at Get Motivated Les Brown was advertised as the keynote speaker at the Get Motivated seminar, but nobody from the staff could tell us when he would take the stageThe entire seminar was supposed to end at 4:45, but they kept going with the sales pitchesIt wasn't until 5:that someone took the stage to tell us Les Brown was ill and couldn't make itThere were no offers of refunded tickets or apologies givenWhen the audience became verbally upset, they hushed the crowd as if we were petulant childrenAt that point, I left immediatelyWhat a waste of time and money! Unfortunately I upgraded my free ticket to get front section seats for Les

I've attended several of these over the years and always enjoy them! I come away re-energized, renewed, and with a lot of content to share with my team

I attended a Get Motivated seminar in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky on June 9, What was promoted as a day of inspirational speakers to help motivate us to become better leaders turned out to be a series of self-promoting people trying to sell their own books, DVDs and workshopsAt the conclusion of each session the speaker encouraged audience members to run to one of the tables and sign up for a limited time price that was only good for the next minutesI was shocked that hundreds of people flocked to pay for MORE seminars (especially on finance management) when this one wasn't even half overThe speakers used fear and insult tactics to get people to believe they had to purchase these additional products or they wouldn't be worth anything in life"blows!" is what one speaker kept chantingOut of the five morning speakers, only one was an actual advertised speakerWhen we asked the promoter at break where the other speakers were he said something like, "You know, people's flights get changed." We asked if ***, *** head coach, was indeed going to be there as advertised he said, "I'm told he's one of our speakers todayWe never really know who is coming, due to security reasons." What?! We asked three different staffers and received this same responseI don't think he ever showed upThis is a classic bait-and-switchWe left at 12:p.mbecause we had had enough and were sick to our stomachs over the gullible audience members who were just dropping cash right and left for these jokersThese guys should be put out of business

I attended a Get Motivated Seminar in Cleveland on August 30, 2016. The entire day consisted of sales pitch after sales pitch with very little motivational material. I purchased one seminar on the stock market for $99.00 because software and a class on how to invest for yourself without an investment firm was offered. After further research when I got home, I found the stock market seminar gave you limited access to the software and was geared toward encouraging you to invest with their investment firm. Full access to the software was only granted after additional $10,000 was paid for more classes. This was definitely not what was presented at Get Motivated.

Les Brown was advertised as the keynote speaker at the Get Motivated seminar, but nobody from the staff could tell us when he would take the stage. The entire seminar was supposed to end at 4:45, but they kept going with the sales pitches. It wasn't until 5:30 that someone took the stage to tell us Les Brown was ill and couldn't make it. There were no offers of refunded tickets or apologies given. When the audience became verbally upset, they hushed the crowd as if we were petulant children. At that point, I left immediately. What a waste of time and money! Unfortunately I upgraded my free ticket to get front section seats for Les...
