Now she claims it is the bank's responsibility. We went to the bank to try to solve the problem. The bank did not take responsibility for Roxana's mistake. A few days later, she called me, and admitted that the account that she providedto the IRS for my refund belonged to one of her customers. A new mistake was found. Her client received my refund, but he did not received his own refundbecause she had failed to submit her client's 2014 income taxes  to the IRS.She texted me her clients personal information, and advised me to take action on my own. She told me to find her client, so I could collect my money. I refused to do it, and again I ask her take responsibility. She sent me a text telling me that she had just filled her client's income taxes and that I had to wait over 15 days until her client receiveshis refund. On the same day, we met, and she wrote me a promissory note in Spanish that she signed where she agrees to pay me $2375.00 by the 31st of July.I have provided her with my bank account number. I am waiting for the due day that she stated on the document. I want her to deposit my money in myaccount  not later than July 31st, 2015. She must honor the contract she wrote.
