I apologize and sorry to hear about the zipper on the blouse and the way it was handled. I am one of the owners and have no issues paying if it is justified and I am aware of it. The General Manager does not work in Roseville and it is only the store manager, which works in this
store. There is no way that she spoke to general in the storeThere is business cards on the front counter for the owner and general manager to be contacted. The existing Martenizing owner and manager for previous owner had multiple run ins with Mrs*** as there is always an issue with her garments. Our claim rates are below 1%, which is with in the industry average per DLI. I again apologize for not following up sooner or following thru with this. We will take an action to make sure all claims are filled out immediately and distributed to General Manager and also our POS system will be updated to reflect the amount of times a customer files a complaint.
