Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find this a ridiculous waste of my time. The car went in with zero transmission issues. Now it won't even start. I am dumbfounded by this entire event and refuse to do business with tis company ever again. Wish I could go through the good ol' boy network of repair shops to get some backing on my issue with Get R Done Automotive services. Instead I have half the county telling me, after the fact, that this company is not very reputable and I should not have even brought my car there for service.  Unacceptable service. Now I am stuck with a $6400 used car and a loan that I had to pay for in response to not having my [redacted] repaired properly. I leave it at that.. Regards[redacted]

a radiator. His request was for us toinstall his new radiator that he supplied. After installing the new radiator and adding coolant along with bleeding the system, we conducted a pressure test as this is standard to check forleaks. The pressure test revealed the motors cylinder head gasket was leaking and oil was mixing with the coolant in addition to the motor was making a lower end noise. We advised the customer that antifreeze had mixed with the oil and he would need to replace the motor as permanent damage had been done to the lower block. Being is this model Subaru is the \VRX STI, which is Subaru's race edition, the motors even used are $3800 and up on [redacted] junkyard data base. The customer opted with having his motor rebuilt instead, so we sent it to the machine shop. While the motor was out the customer who claimed, he races the car requested a heavy duty clutch be installed. Being as the motor was out and the clutch was easilyaccessible we replaced the clutch, at the customer's request (free of charge just the cost of the clutch) ref line item 13 under parts on work order #15597.Please also note there is no mention of a warranty on the clutch or any other work conducted due to the fact the customer stated that he races the car. This would explain a blown overheated motor and a blown clutch. Being as we did not list a warranty disclaimer as we do on normal part installations we assume no responsibility for even his clutch or it would have been stated on the work order. After reassembling the motor and testing it, the turbo was not spooling at all and was leaking oil and making a loud rattling sound. This can occur from obtaining high RPMs or lack of oil.The customer was informed of this issue and came to our facility and paid his bill and instructed us to order a new turbo. The customer was satisfied with our work up until this point and so we closed out work order as it was paid in full. On 05/26116 we opened a new work order pertaining to the customer's turbo charger (ref work order 15891). We obtained a used turbo and installed it. We then tested the vehicle spooled the turbo and scanned it, with our Snap on Verus Pro Scann.er, revealing no codes present. We then called the customer who inspected the vehicle. A shop stated a pin came loose inside his transmission and broke gears. We called [redacted] of Watertown and explained the issue to the manager, [redacted], whose opinion conceded with ours. If the clutch was not placed in properly and the pin was not secured it would have never lasted 100 miles, let alone seven months and thousands of miles. Especially in hi performance, turbocharged vehicles, that the customer stated he frequently raced. We also called [redacted] Subaru of Watertown and explained the scenario to [redacted] in service, he agreed the pin would have worked its way out almost immediately.
