Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The seller has done NOTHING to resolve the issue from the beginning The seller simply refused to acknowledge that his product could be faulty The seller's assertion that he did 'many things to help' is completely wrong It is true that the seller had high [redacted] rating and that is the reason why I bought the product from him However, the foam mat I bought had serious issues I mentioned in the complaint I have been with [redacted] for more than years and I never gave negative feedback to any seller This is just a bad case and the seller handled it very unprofessionally Attached is a picture of the foam mat One can tell that the orange color is uneven from mat to mat This is a low quality product from China However, I would not have filed a complaint with [redacted] and now Revdex.com if it was just this color issue The issue was some sort of waxy stuff that came off from the surface It is true that [redacted] removed my feedback I have been demanding [redacted] the reason for removal and [redacted] is yet to explain that to me In the case of my complaint against ***, Revdex.com suggested I contact "small claims court, the [redacted] ( [redacted] ), the [redacted] ( [redacted] )" if I want to pursue the case further I plan to do so.Even though this case involves only a ~$item, the way the seller and [redacted] handled the case is very problematic to me I hope that the case be resolved fairly and professionally.? This is unresolved by the customer perspective because they continue to say one thing and do another.  firs they said they would return product to me to review.  They they would not.  Then [redacted] was involved and [redacted] even gave them a return shipping label and still they did not return the product for our review.  Now they still want some measure of compensation??  We cannot nor will not continue to play this game with this customer.  We offered help numerous times and a resolution was at hand many times and they turned it down.  We will not cave in on our good business principles simply because someone makes a demand and NUMEROUS threats.  This is inappropriate and unethical.  This is a perfect example of a time when the Revdex.com should stand behind a merchant.  We cannot provide further assistance to this customer.  Between their threats and lack of follow through, any action we might take would likely result in more issues and a lack of fulfillment on their side for any commitment they might make.

Review: - I bought foam floor mat from Get Rung (seller) via [redacted] late July 2014. The seller had good rating.- After a few days using the product, I realized that it has some kind of waxy stuff on the surface and the stuff transferred to other hardwood surfaces via footsteps. The waxy stuff didnt come off easily and I was concerned about the safety and health. At that point my stairs and other floors became covered with the stuff and my family were complaining.- I asked Seller what the stuff would be and if it would be safe. His initial reply was, he sells a large volume of the product and never heard of the problem. He also pointed to the safety test results on the website. The website had 10 year-old Chinese test results which were not relevant in my case and didnt cover the product I bought. I still didnt know what the stuff was and Seller insisted that the product was safe.- I first offered to send Seller a sample. Then I had a better idea and asked Seller to check his product in inventory and I said I would subsequently send in my sample. Seller refused to check his product in inventory saying it would not help. Seller's offer to was to review my sample, but at that point I didnt feel confident hed be objective in the assessment because he seemed to be in general denial all the way along. I told him Id send my sample to a neutral party when we get to the stage. I am still planning to do so.- Frustrated, I warned Id give Seller a negative feedback, report to [redacted] and Revdex.com. Seller said it would be 'unethical' to do that.- I gave a negative feedback to seller. I have been with [redacted] for more than 10 years and this was the first time I gave seller a negative feedback.- I brought the case to [redacted]. [redacted] didn't give me any explanation and removed my feedback and said they were in favor of the seller. I filed a complaint against [redacted] at Revdex.com (Case [redacted]).- I couldn't use the foam may as is and ended up buying a carpet to cover it.Desired Settlement: 1. Seller to acknowledge that his product could be defective.2. Seller provide me a replacement foam mat without the waxy stuff coming off the surface, OR reimburse the cover carpet I had to buy from Menards.

Merchant seemed great during the ordering process, but it quickly went bad after we canceled our order for $8,349 and the Merchant accepted the cancellation.
Specifically the Merchant:
1) attempted to keep an addt'l 10% of our money (totally over $800)
2) Committed Internet Fraud when he changed/increased his website terms to match 'the newly implemented increase' he desired
3) attempted to extort us by saying he would bad-mouth our business if we didn't accept his terms (and he did)
4) became belligerent after we pointed out the original terms & provided copies from his original website
Besides illegal activities, this Merchant was verbally NASTY (we received over 30 e-mails in less than a week from [redacted] and they were NOT nice notes). He ignored our request to cease harassing us and to speak with our attorney directly. [redacted]'s EXACT words were "More than happy to speak to your attorneys and run your bill up...only serves that you pay for it.
I have offered you my kind hand in resolution and you have bitten it thus far. FYI, per my consulting firm fee schedule, I bill out at $250 an hour. Will be adding all my wasted hours into this. You have a MASSIVE amount of stones wasting everyone’s time. Great thing is I have LOTS of it…so let’s dance.

[redacted] also resorted to bullying, to the point where we had to obtain assistance from the following sources in retrieving our funds:
1) Notify [redacted] Legal Department (who did investigate, found in our favor and returned ALL of our money)
2) Filed a police report with our local Sheriff's Department (King County, WA Police Report No. **-[redacted] for Fraud & extortion)
3) Filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission
4) Filed a report with the FBI's Internet Fraud Task Force
5) Filed a report with the Revdex.com.
6) Filed a report with both AZ & WA Attorney General's Offices.
In the end, [redacted] Legal Department did find in our favor and we received ALL of our funds. I suspect the 50+ pages of documentation we had, which included [redacted]'s nasty-grams, his threats and the factual documentation from his website were what saved us.
My suggestion, DON'T do business with these folks. Unprofessional is an understatement.
