Review: I purchased a weekend getaway and was paying for it monthly through charges directly onto our credit card. I called in the fall to try and get information on how to access our trip, as I told the lady I never received anything in the mail. I assumed she would be sending the information again as she did not give any information over the phone. I still never received it and called her back to just schedule for April of this year. She declined my scheduling request stating she sent me information stating it had to be scheduled 30 days in advance and had to be used in a year. Now she is stating I told her in November that I lost the information and therefore was not issued any of these rules again. I never told her I lost anything as I never received anything and had no idea how to go about scheduling. Now she will not allow us to use the trip due to lack of information on her part, nor will she refund us the money.Desired Settlement: I would like to schedule the trip to Myrtle Beach that we have paid for.
