I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below"The customer was repeatedly informed that they required service more than once a month".First of all,I had absolutely no idea that they ( Get Wet Pool Service ) provided monthly service,it was the owner,who made the initial house call,that made the suggestion that they could provide monthly service and I would NEVER have to buy chlorine tablets again.NEVER was I informed that a monthly service was not adequate,a statement was never made to that effect.Like I said,it was their idea to provide the monthly service,not mine,they brought it up and "sold" me on the monthly service.The owner even left with a KEY to my backyard so that they could provide the monthly service,why take my KEY if their suggested monthly service was not adequate.'Repeated calls" were NEVER made,remember,it was their idea,and I trusted them.Such a blatant LIE by the owner that I was REPEATEDLY informed that monthly service was not adequate behooves me since it was their idea in the first place,NOT MINE,remember,I did not even know they provided monthly service.Another blatant lie was the fact that the skimmer and pump basket were never emptied,they just keep coming up with excuse after excuse.What was NOT mentioned by the owner,and this speaks volumes about the unprofessional behavior of this company,was the confirmed scheduled appointment for a service call that for some reason NEVER materialized,NOT even a phone call stating that the service call was cancelled,an entire day wasted WAITING for someone to show up for the scheduled service call,yet NOTHING,no even a phone call ! Also not mentioned was the fact that my phone calls and messages were never ANSWERED or even called back after I left numerous messages,please note that a phone call was answered when I used someone else's phone,the owner did not recognize the number,and after realizing it was me,they HUNG up on me,not once,but at least three times they hung up on me when I called using someone else's phone
"Get Wet Pool Service" can not be trusted,extremely unreliable,no return phone calls when they realize their in the WRONG and an address that suggests an office because of the suite number yet in fact is only a P.OBox number.In other words,they can disappear without recourse because you can not FIND them or even file suit against them because they are invisible,especially when they won't answer calls or tell you where to send a process server
Anyone who even considers using "Get Wet Pool Service" should be very skeptical how they go about doing business because of the blatant lies and scheduled service calls when NO ONE shows up and NO phone call.And speaking of phone calls,it appears that they pick and choose when they want to answer the phone or return a message,especially after realizing their in the WRONG !!!!

The key was returned. Exactly what expenses were incurred, beyond $7.00?
