Review: On September 3rd, 2013 I paid and purchased Vinyl lettering for my Garbage Truck in the amount of $503.50. This included putting it onto my truck by [redacted] the owner of Get Wrecked Vinyl. He was supposed to be out the next day to put it on. However, the one color did not come in for the lettering so he would be out again the following day. He never showed up. I called him the week after and he said he would be out yet again. He never showed.My wife contacted him via cell phone and he advised her that he was sick but would be able to do it on October 3rd and give him a call at 9am that day to set up a time. Both his cell phone number & his office number won't take messages because his mailbox is full. She got ahold of him via text message and he advised her he was out of town in [redacted], NY but would be in the shop on Oct. 7th. She said then we want this done on the 8th, you have been paid in full & you were supposed to do it a month ago. He said no problem. When we contacted him to set up a time via text (again phone not able to take messages) he said he was in Indiana on his way back and would get ahold of us when he got back.We want our letting on our truck that we paid for in full! He has cashed the check the day we gave it to him so this we feel is theft of services. We run as business as well and are trying not to get a ticket for running a truck with no lettering from DOT. We receive one excuse after another when setting up an appointment with him.Desired Settlement: Either have him come out and finish the job or give us the letters that are already cut and refund us the amount we paid for him to come and install it on our vehicle.

Review: Placed a $927.72 order for a combination of t-shirts and sweatshirts for our youth football team on Sept. 15th, 2013. The order wasn't delivered until Oct, 4th (despite numerous promises that they would have been done much sooner) and the items were a mess. The shirts were to have each players name on the back, plus their jersey number, and it would include a team logo on the front left chest, all in white. The shirts came back with NO names on them, the numbers (particularly those with double-digits) were a combination of dull silk screen and shiny vinyl lettering in black. Likewise, many of the shirts had black ink on various parts of the shirts.I contacted the owner, [redacted], personally and he asked for an additional week to completely redo the shirts, however, the Saturday night I was supposed to pick them up he complained that a customer had written him a "bad check" so he wasn't able to reorder ours and that he didn't have any money to refund the players for their shirts despite agreeing to a refund.It is now November 1st and it is impossible to get ahold of him.Desired Settlement: Payment in full...$927.27
