Review: On Tuesday, 9/16/14, I brought a friend with me to one of my workout classes for a trial workout class. Nina, the trainer, specifically asked members to bring a friend to expand business and I was trying to help Nina out. Unfortunately, my friend became very ill during the workout and eventually asked for an ambulance. The trainer, Nina, said not to call one and said for us to leave and that my friend would be fine. Nina kept trying to push us out the door while my friend was sick. My friend was having trouble breathing and kept asking me to call for help, so I called 911 even though Nina was yelling at me. When I asked Nina for the address for the ambulance Nina would not give me the correct address to tell 911, causing a delay in emergency response and unnecessary distress. After the incident, Nina told me not to come back because I am "not to interfere with her orders as a trainer" and her orders were to "not call an ambulance" because she said she "knew what was going on". My friend's doctors did not know what was going on and state she needed medical treatment. Anyway, at the time that Nina cancelled on us, my daughter still was owed 5 sessions as part of a contract. I called my credit card to stop payment and asked for a refund of the money I paid and wasn't getting back. When they contacted Nina to handle the dispute, she lied (and I have the lie in writing), said that I did "something inappropriate" when all I did was call 911 for a friend. Nina also lied to the credit card company claiming that the $200 was for classes that I took, but the charge I asked for a refund from was from the classes for my daughter. She lied a third time when she said I didn't pay because I didn't have the right credit card. That never happened. She said she didn't need my card - that she had it on file and just ran it through. I'm so regretful that I ever met these horrible people - I wish I never met them or did business with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a reimbursement for the $200 training package I paid for my daughter. I would like a written apology stating the honest and true facts that happened on Tuesday, September 16th and Saturday, September 20th.
