Get Your Move On

We used Get Your Move On for the first time and were very happy that we did! They were flexible in terms of having to move our date of service, they provided profiles and photos the of the movers that were coming for the job, they were very efficient, polite and helpful Our move went without a hitch!

Last week we had Get Your Move On move us for the third time And for the third time we were MORE than pleased with our move The company communication before the move is excellent and the price quote was laid out simply with no hidden charges The movers have always been courteous, friendly, helpful and hard working They move faster with heavy objects in their hand than most folks do walking Thank you Get Your Move On for your excellent service

This is a customer that we had previous issue with and in the final contract, we did agree to address any issues that aroseMs*** did send an email on 10/regarding some issues from her move on 10/This email was overlooked and not responded toNo other attempt to contact or follow up

Good morning,  I had attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] via phone after the last submitted response. I did not get a reply. I discovered that I have been dialing the number incorrectly.  I attempted calling and left a message on 1/26 @ 7:15. I will send a follow up email as well. The contract for delivery did say we would address any issues arising from the move to her property. I do not understand the request for 50% off of the total payment. I will send Ms. [redacted] and email recapping the message and attempt to contact her until successful to resolve the issues.

Get Your Move On has not contacted me to resolve this complaint. They need to put in writing to the Revdex.com what they will do to resolve it and actually follow through with that and contact me. Since they have not contacted me their resolution is not acceptable. Just contacting me is not a resolution. Again they need to put in writing how they plan to resolve it. They need to reimburse me for half of what I paid them and reimburse me for the grill they broke. I need a check sent me as a resolution. I need to be reimbursed $1906.00 for the move plus $365.94 for the grill I had to replace. This is a total of $2,271.94. This does not include all the items from my hone that were lost so they are getting off easy.

All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The movers were fabulous! They worked around our schedule to make this move possible and got us into our new offices well before the deadline, despite last minute changes/restrictions from the property management teams. Thank you to all who helped us "get our move on!"

GYMO is AWESOME! They have the most professional, friendly movers in Phoenix. They are also the most giving. GYMO donates their time to help several non-profits in the valley and I have the pleasure of working with their team twice a month. They are always on time, always clean, personable and efficient. They take great care with the items that they move and are very knowledgeable on how to put together even the most complicated furniture. I HIGHLY recommend them for your moving needs!

I had a great experience with Get Your Move On. They are very detailed and handled everything in my home with kid gloves. All three team members were very personable. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent moving company!

After watching all the tv shows about shady movers, I was very cautious about who we hired to move our family. I checked with the Revdex.com site and then asked my realtor for a recommendation after making a few calls to very unprofessional companies. She recommended Get Your Move On and I'm so glad she did! We called for a quote and immediately received a confirmation email for the in person visit. The email contained a picture and description of the uniformed individual who would be handling our quote. He arrived punctually and we walked him through the house. Within a couple of days, we received a detailed quote. We agreed to the quote and received a move day confirmation email with a photo and bio of every mover who would be on the job. On move day, 7 guys arrived at 7:55 a.m. with two trucks (we have a LOT of stuff!) The supervisor walked the crew through the house and introduced them to us with a name and handshake (really a nice group of guys). Eight hours later....we were done. The professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. We paid exactly what our bid said--no surprises. I highly recommend Get Your Move On!

The team at GYMO did a fantastic job for me and my family! They were neat, polite and friendly. I would use the services from GYMO any time that I needed to move!

They are fantastic! Derek and Ryan answered all my calls and emails right away. Answering all the questions I had no matter how small.Very courteous and friendly.I was emailed pictures,names and descriptions of the crew that would be handling our move.This company is outstanding! Every employee!

I used Get Your Move On recently to unpack a 20 foot long Uhaul. They did a great job. There was a small mishap when a large mirror broke, but management very quickly made it right by replacing the mirror. I would recommend this company to others looking for a reliable moving service.
